Stem Cell Research Enhancement Act Goes to the Senate!

As citizens, we must do something to help pass the Stem Cell Research Enhancement Act S 5 in the Senate!

We need to turn the vote of just one Senator. These senators are our nation’s leaders. They are in office, not only to do their state’s business, but to also make America’s decisions. They must hear from the country, and that’s us. Nothing has the impact of a constituent’s call: the person whose vote the Senator needs to keep his or her job.

Senator Bob Casey and Senator John Sununu are “on the fence” regarding their decision about the bill. Your letter or phone call could change their mind. I encourage you to contact them using the information below:

Bob Casey: Pennsylvania Phone: (202) 224-6324. FAX: (202) 228-0604
Address: B-40 Dirksen Senate Building, Washington, D.C. 20510

John Sununu: New Hampshire Phone: (202) 224-2841 FAX: (202) 228-4131
Address: 111 Russell Senate Office Building, Washington, D.C. 20510

Re: Senate Bill 3, the Stem Cell Research Enhancement Act

Dear Honorable Senator_________:

We all know someone suffering from an incurable disease or disability which stem cell research might alleviate or heal. I urge your “YES” vote on Senate Bill 5, the Stem Cell Research Enhancement Act.

Do they listen to constituents outside of their province, or can anyone, nationwide, have an impact?

Yes, absolutely. Senators are our nation’s leaders. They are in office, not only to do their state’s business, but to also make America’s decisions. They must hear from the whole country, and that includes us.
